Syvertsen Rigosu Architecture, PLLC is part of a Design-Build team entrusted with the design of a new 20,000 sf addition to an existing independent elementary school, providing them with over 1 1/2 times their original space. The addition allows for 7 classrooms and a large community space, as well as providing much needed additional support areas.
The new space will be fit out in two phases, allowing the school to add classrooms as they grow and the need arises.
